If you place an order with gardensheds4less.ie you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

• Gardensheds4less.ie makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on its website is correct and up to date.
• Gardensheds4less.ie will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this website or the information on it.
• gardensheds4less.ie will make every effort to keep this site's accuracy and the reliability of the access to this site. We can not be held responsibility for the content of any other website to which this site links to. These links are provided for visitors convenience only.
• Gardensheds4less.ie will only deliver goods of the highest quality and every effort is made to display only items that are manufactured or stocked by gardensheds4less.ie
  From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to order volumes and production of some of our products. In the event of this happening we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order. All products remain the property of gardensheds4less.ie until payment has been processed in full and we reserve the right to remove any product or products from the site that they have been fitted in the event that they have not been paid for in full and cancel the order.

  All products remain the property of gardensheds4less.ie until fully paid for.

  The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Agency Policy

Gardensheds4less.ie offer agencies to certain individuals throughout Ireland from time to time, in this case all display units are the property of gardensheds4less (unless paid for in full) and must be maintained and kept fit for display at all times. Access to evaluate and maintain our products must be granted as part of this agreement at all times. In the event of agency cancelation the agent must allow access to the display area and commit to all arrangements and agreements with gardensheds4less to recover the display units provided. In the case of gardensheds4less failing to recover its display an invoice will be issued for the units and gardensheds4less will revoke the right of ownership. The agent will them become liable for the full cost of the display and all works in relation to the display provided.

Privacy Statement

gardensheds4less.ie is committed to protecting your privacy. Names, addresses and email addresses are collected for order deliveries only. gardensheds4less.ie never disclose your information to third parties.

Delivery & Installation

Upon delivery of one of our sheds the buyer agrees to have the site prepared and all the necessary preparation for ease of access to the site. Our installation Staff reserve the right to decline installing your shed if they can not access the area where the shed is to be erected in a reasonably realistic manner. In the event of trees digging or any other preparation this is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that all measurements given throughout our site are external dimensions and do not apply to the internal height of any of our units.

Returns Policy

If your delivery hasn’t arrived or is late/delayed, you must inform us as quickly as possible by phone and by email. This is to ensure that the delivery is not carried out mistakenly after cancellation. Please confirm with us that the order has been cancelled. If you have ordered a personalised product, there will be no right to cancel. 

If you are not happy with the product once it has been delivered. You can arrange shipping back to garden sheds 4 less premises in Kilkenny at your own cost for an exchange or refund. This is assuming there is no damage and the shed is unused. We don’t offer our products on a trial basis. A restocking fee of roughly 20% will be applied on any returns. All booklets and supporting material must be returned also with proof of purchase. We must be informed of returns within 7 days of purchase and returns must be made with 14 days of us being informed.
